Clubs: Russian Twists

Warm-Up: Donkey Complex
5 Rounds:
- 10 Air Squats then 5 Jump Squats or 15 Air Squats
- 15 Bag/Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
- 15 Romanian Deadlifts
- 30 Fire Hydrants, per leg
Wednesday, November
Warm-Up: 5 X Cat Cows, 2 X Down Dog – Up Dog
5 Rounds:
- 20 Boat Pose Toe Taps, per leg
- V-Ups
- 20 Superman Towel Rows
