3 Rounds: - 10 Bottoms Curls

- 10 Back Flyes

- 10 Top Curls

- 10 Back Flyes

3 Rounds:

- 12 Close Hand Push Ups

- 3 Dragon Flag Negatives

Thursday, September 2

Flipping through a deck of cards, perform repetitions of the number on the card, being 2-14 reps (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)

Hearts: Burpees

Diamonds: Superman with Scaption

Spades: Skater Lunges, per side

Clubs: Pushups


Friday, September 3

1 mile Walk with Goose

1 mile Run

Banana Bread Bites

- 1 banana, mashed

- 45 g Egg Whites

- 30 g Flour (I have to use GF)

- 30 g Oatmeal

- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

- about 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

- 15 g Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Collagen Peptides, because whey seems to bother my stomach)

Mix, then I bake, or air fry, them in bite-size cookie-like things on a sprayed cookie sheet. To be honest, I do not use the same temperature and time every time I make them and, of course, it will differ with an oven versus air fryer. I think they only take about 5 minutes in the air fryer at 325 F.
