Flipping through a deck of cards, perform repetitions of the number on the card, being 2-14 reps (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)

Hearts: Air Squats

Diamonds: High Knees

Spades: Thrusters (with bag)

Clubs: Backpack/Kettlebell Swings

Thursday, January 21

21-15-9 X

- Slider Leg Curls

- Flutter Kicks, per side

- Russian Twists, per side

- Plank Leg Lifts, per side OR Glute Kickbacks, per side

- Burpees

Friday, January 22

4 Rounds:

- 10 Bicep Curls

- 10 Back Flies

4 Rounds:

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 10 Curl Thrusters
