15 minutes:
- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
- 5 heavy single arm Curls, per arm
- 10-20 Chair Dips
- 10 2-Arm Reverse Curls
Thursday, December 31
21-15-9:
- V-Ups
- Sit Ups with an Overhead Press
- Push Ups
