Tuesday, December 29

4 Rounds:

- 10 Alternating Lunges, per side

- 15 Fire Hydrants, per leg

4 Rounds:

- 10 Back Flies

- 10 Bent Over Rows

- 10 Shoulder Presses


Wednesday, December 30

15 minutes:

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 5 heavy single arm Curls, per arm

- 10-20 Chair Dips

- 10 2-Arm Reverse Curls

Thursday, December 31

21-15-9:

- V-Ups

- Russian Twists

- Slider Leg Curls

- Sit Ups with an Overhead Press

- Push Ups
