- 10 Dumbbell Bulgarian Lunges, per leg

- 10 Staggered Stance Romanian Deadlifts with Kettlebell


Tuesday

3 Rounds:

- 6 Pull Ups

- 20 Push Ups


Wednesday

Rest Day


Thursday

20-15-12-10 X

- Burpees

- Bent Over Rows

- Shoulder Presses

- Alternating Side Lunges, per side

- Push Ups

- Alternating Jump Lunges OR Alternating Back Lunges, per side


Friday

1 mile Treadmill Run
