- 10 Shoulder Presses

- Slider Leg Curls

- Burpees

- Plank Hip Dips, per side

- Mt. Climbers, per leg

- Bicycle Crunches, per side

- Alternating Jump Lunges OR Alternating Back Lunges, per leg
