Flipping through a deck of cards, perform repetitions of the number on the card, being 2-14 reps (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)

Hearts: Air Squats

Diamonds: Boat to Canoe

Spades: Push Ups or Plank Shoulder Taps, per side

Clubs: Burpees or Mt. Climbers, per leg

- 10 Dumbbell Floor Press

- 10 Bent Over Rows

3 Rounds:

- 20 (total) Plank Hip Dips

- 10 Push Ups
