- 30 seconds Back Flies

- 1 min Superman Hold

- 30 seconds Push Ups

3 Rounds:

- 30 seconds Burpees

- 1 min Reverse Plank

- 30 seconds Plank Hip Dips

15 minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

- 10 Box Jumps OR 10 Alternating Step Ups

- 15 Slider Leg Curls

- 10 Alternating Side Lunges, per side

- 10 Alternating Curtsey Lunges, per side


Friday, April 8, 2022

7 minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 10 Curl Thrusters

7 minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

- 10 Burpees

- 10 Boat to Canoe
