- 10-15 V Ups with Low Back on Floor

- 10 Star Sit Ups, per side

- 10 Glute Bridge Leg Abductions or Glute Bridge Alternating Leg Extensions, per side


Thursday, March 31, 2022

15 minutes AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible):

- 10 Burpee Jump/Step Overs

- 10 Bent Over Rows

- 10 Thrusters or Air Squats

- 10 Push Ups
