- 10 Right Arm Curls with Left Arm Isometric Hold

- 10 Left Arm Curls with Right Arm Isometric Hold

- 1 minute Banded Shoulder Abductions or Isometric Towel Hold, if no band

3 Rounds

- 10 Left Arm Curls with Right Arm Isometric Hold

- 10 Right Arm Curls with Right Arm Isometric Hold

- 1 min Close Hand Push Ups or Chair Dips


Thursday, March 24, 2022

3 Rounds:

- 10-20 Push Ups

- 10 Side Plank Adductors, per leg

- 10 Plank Hip Dips, per side

3 Rounds:

- 10 Burpees

- 10 Bent Over Rows
