3 Rounds:

- 20 seconds Jumping Jack Burpees

- 20 seconds Alternating Sumo Squat Side Lunges

3 Rounds:

- 20 seconds Backpack/Kettlebell Swings

- 20 seconds Thrusters (with bag)
