- 15 Slider Mountain Climbers, per side

- 10 Plank Hip Dips, per side

- 10-15 Push Ups


Thursday, July 8, 2021

3 Rounds:

- 10 External Shoulder Rotations, per side

- 1 min Superman Hold

3 Rounds:

- 15 W’s or Shoulder Blade Squeezes

- 10 Single Leg Shoulder Presses, per side


Friday, July 9, 2021

4 Rounds:

- 30-60 sec Wall Squat w/ isometric curl

- 10 Chair Dips

- 10 Bent Over Rows

- 10 Sit Ups to Overhead Press
