Warm-Up: 5 X Cat Cows

3 Rounds:

- 1 minute Superman Hold

- 10 Bag/Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

- 10 Thrusters (with bag)


Thursday, December 3

Warm-Up:

21-15-9 X

- Double Crunches

- Bicycles, per side

- Burpees

- Plank Hip Dips, per side


Friday, December 4

Warm-Up: Puppy Pose, Thread the Needle

20-15-10:

- Chair Dips

- Bicep Curls

- Push Ups

- Shoulder Presses
