4 Rounds:

- 10 Front to Lateral Raise Circles

- 10 Back Flies

3 Rounds:

- 10 Single Leg Shoulder Presses, per side

- 10 Combo Front & Side Raises, per side


Wednesday, May 26, 2021- No Class


Thursday, May 27, 2021

3 Rounds:

- 10 Staggered Stance Deadlifts

- 5-10 One-Leg Push-Ups or Plank with Alternating Opposite Arm and Leg Raises, per side

3 Rounds:

- 14 Slider Leg Curls or 7 One-Leg Slider Leg Curls, per leg

- 10 Slider Adductors, per side


Friday, May 28, 2021

4 Rounds:

- 10 Back Flies

- 10-15 Skull Crushers

4 Rounds:

- 10 Bent Over Rows

- 30-60 sec Wall Squat w/ isometric curl
