- 10 Side Plank Hip Dips Right Side
- 10 Sit Ups with an Overhead Press
Alternate, starting side for Side Plank Hip Dips for each round, starting with Left, Right, Left then Right.

- 1 min Superman Hold

Flipping through a deck of cards, perform repetitions of the number on the card, being 2-14 reps (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)
