3 Rounds:

- 10 Broomstick Good Mornings

- 30 High Knees, per leg

3 Rounds:

- 10 Single Leg Romanian Dead Lifts or Single Leg Romanian Dead lifts with support, per leg

- 10 Slider Adductors, per side

- 10 Slider Leg Curls

Tuesday, April 13

4 Rounds:

- 10 Sit Ups with an Overhead Press

- 10 Side Plank Hip Dips Left Side

- 10 Plank Hip Dips, per side

- 10 Side Plank Hip Dips Right Side

- 10 Sit Ups with an Overhead Press

Alternate, starting side for Side Plank Hip Dips for each round, starting with Left, Right, Left then Right.

2 Rounds:

- 1 min Superman Hold

Wednesday, April 14

Flipping through a deck of cards, perform repetitions of the number on the card, being 2-14 reps (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)

Hearts: Burpees

Diamonds: Squat Twists, per side

Spades: High Knees, per leg

Clubs: Body Weight Good Mornings

Thursday, April 15

5 Rounds:

- 10 Back Flies

- 10 Lateral Raises

5 Rounds:

- 10 Bicep Curls

- 10 Shoulder Presses

Friday, April 16

3 Rounds:

- 10 Fire Hydrant Kickbacks, per side

- 10 Plank Jacks (with band)

3 Rounds:

- 20 Mt. Climbers, per leg

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

3 Rounds:

- 10 V-Ups

- 10 Russian Twists, per side
