Wednesday, November 18th
- Push Ups, trying to hover at an inch above ground during “Sally Down”
- Leg Raises, trying to hover feet above ground during “Sally Down”
Thursday, November 19th
Pyramid: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 reps, then back down:
- Push Ups
- Mt. Climbers, per leg
- Sit Ups
Friday, November 20th
4 Rounds:
- 20 Frog Pumps
- 10 Single Leg Glute Bridges, per leg
- 10 Lunge to Overhead Press, per side
4 Rounds:
- 10 Bicep Curls
- 10 Chair Dips
