- 30 High Knees, per leg
- 10, per side, Curtsey Lunge w/ Romanian Deadlift
Tuesday, March 23
10 Rounds or 15 minutes:
- 10-20 Push Ups
- 10 Sit Ups
Wednesday, March 24
Flipping through a deck of cards, perform repetitions of the number on the card, being 2-14 reps (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)
Hearts: Reverse Crunches
Diamonds: Flutter Kicks, per side
Spades: Arm Haulers
Clubs: Bicycle Crunches, per side
Thursday, March 25
15-12-10-8 X
- Plank Hip Dips, per side
Friday, March 26
4 Rounds
- 10 Shoulder Presses
- 10 Burpees
4 Rounds:
- 10 Reverse Grip Curls, with Duffel Bag (you will probably need a lighter than you use for regular curls)
- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
