- 10 Sit Ups with an Overhead Press
4 Rounds:
- 10 Step Ups/Back Lunge Knee Raises, per leg
- 4 Quarter Turn Hops to Right, 4 to Left (one leg or two)
Thursday, February 18
4 Rounds:
- 10 Bent Over Rows
- 10 Standing Shoulder Press (with bag)
4 Rounds:
- 20 Arm Haulers
- 10 Roll Ups
Friday, February 19
4 Rounds:
- 10 Bicep Curls
- 10 Hindu Push-Ups
4 Rounds:
- 10 Fire Hydrants, per leg
- 10 Slider Leg Curls
