Flipping through a deck of cards, perform repetitions of the number on the card, being 2-14 reps (Jack=11, Queen=12, King=13, Ace=14)

Diamonds: Push Ups
Spades: Sit Ups
Clubs: Air Squats
Thursday, February 11
4 Rounds:
- 15 Plank Hip Dips, per side
- 10 Alternating Jump Lunges OR Alternating Back Lunges
4 Rounds:
- 20 Plank Jacks (with band)
- 10 Alternating Fire Hydrants, per leg
Friday, February 12
3 Rounds:
- 10-20 Chair Dips
- 10 Hindu Push-Ups
4 Rounds:
- 10 Bicep Curls
- 10 Shoulder Presses
