3 Rounds:

- 30 Arm Haulers

- 10-20 Push Ups

3 Rounds:

- 1 minute Superman Hold

- 1 minute Boat Pose


Thursday

15 minutes:

- 10 Reverse Lunge - Front Kick - Side Kick, per side

- 30 Jumping Jacks

- 15 Bent Over Rows


Friday

- Shoulder Presses

- Boat Pose Foot Taps, per leg

- Alternating Plank Hip Dips, per side

- Tricep Push Ups
