Weekly Work-Outs: Happy Thanksgiving!

In groups of 2 people, each performs the exercise for 10 reps, via one person working at a time OR alternating reps with partner, for 3 min of each exercise.
- 10 Burpees

- 10 V-Ups

- 10 Jump Lunges/5 Normal Lunges, per leg

- 10 Wall Ball

- 10 Box Jumps/Step Ups (5 per leg)

- 10 Med Ball Slams

Diamonds: Reverse Burpees/Leg Raises

Clubs: Burpees/Air Squats

Spades: Slider Leg Curls

3 min Jump Rope/Cardio

3 X 30 second Push Ups, 30 sec Rest

3 min Jump Rope/Cardio
