Upon some class participants mentioning surfing and wanting to learn to surf, I've scripted the following work-out for some surf basics and strength helpful for the sport!

15 minutes:

  • 10 Surfer Burpees, alternating sides *in surfing, most people will naturally prefer one side, Goofy footed (right foot forward) or Regular (left food forward), but for exercise purposes, we want to work both sides evenly

  • 30 Arm Haulers

  • 10 Close Hand Push Ups

  • 15 Chair Dips
