Upon some class participants mentioning surfing and wanting to learn to surf, I've scripted the following work-out for some surf basics and strength helpful for the sport!
15 minutes:
10 Surfer Burpees, alternating sides *in surfing, most people will naturally prefer one side, Goofy footed (right foot forward) or Regular (left food forward), but for exercise purposes, we want to work both sides evenly
30 Arm Haulers
15 Chair Dips

15 minutes:
10 Single Arm Curls, per side
20 Flutter Kicks, per leg
