- 1 minute Superman Hold

- 30 seconds Side Plank with optional Upper Leg Raised, per side

- 10 Slider Adductors, per side

- 1 minute Front Plank

- 30 seconds Side Plank with optional Lower Leg Raised/Lifts, per side

- 10 Slider Leg Curls

Friday, September 18

15 minutes:

- 10-15 Close Hand Push Ups

- 30 (total) Glute Bridge alternating Leg Extensions

- 10-15 Glute Bridge Dumbbell/Bag Press

- 20 Bag/Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
