Splurge-Safe Chocolate Chip Cookies


These easy-to-make chocolate chip cookies are free of hydrogenated oils, refined sugar, eggs and wheat. Eggs and wheat are great for some, but many are intolerant or allergic to them; so you may notice a lot of our recipes do not include them.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 33 grams Natural Peanut Butter (ingredients are just peanuts and salt)

- 1 mashed banana

- drop or few of vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

- 11 grams Protein Powder (I used vanilla Collagen Peptides)

- 21 grams Coconut Flour

- 17 grams Stevia-sweetened Chocolate Chips

Mix, then bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes.
