Thursday, August 20th
15 minutes:
- 15 Slider Leg Curls (add weight if needed)
- 30 sec Side plank Hold on Chair or Side Plank leg Adduction, per side
- 10 Curtsey Lunges, per side
- 10 Air/Jump Squats
Friday, August 21st
15 minutes:
- 10-15 Close Hand Push Ups
- 10 X 1 Arm Lateral Raises, per arm
- 10 X 1 Arm Curls, per arm
- 10 Plank Surrenders
