30 (total/15 per leg) Lunge Kick Backs
Friday, August 14

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
- 5 heavy single arm Curls, per arm
- 10-20 Chair Dips
- 10 single arm Shoulder Presses, per arm
- 10 2-Arm Reverse Curls
