Friday, August 14

 

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord and depart from evil.” Proverbs 3:5-7

 

15 minutes of:

 

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 5 heavy single arm Curls, per arm

- 10-20 Chair Dips

- 10 single arm Shoulder Presses, per arm

- 10 2-Arm Reverse Curls
