Weekly Work-Outs for Home

"do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." - Philippians 4:6

Thankfully, Troy and I have not been anxious, but rather excited for a new challenge in life. This challenge is not one we signed up for, like a competition, attending a class or going into the military; it's one we did not choose and therefore don't have much control over. We can control the actions we take to keep ourselves and those around us safe. By simply understanding how the COVID-19 is spread, we can eliminate our risks. Think about the items you touch and who else could have touched or coughed on them. Many of us are ordering basic needs from Amazon to avoid going to stores, but keep in mind these packages, including anything in our mailboxes, could carry the virus too. Most importantly, however, this outbreak is forcing many to contemplate mortality; and this is good! What happens when we die? If not from COVID-19, we are still going to die somehow; so this is something we should think about. What is our purpose in life? Why are we even here? I can assure you, we were not created to die and become worm food. I've listened to a lot of fake news, I've read school textbooks with typos and I've been lied to, but there is one source of information I consider infallible: The Bible. Yes, some accuracy has been questioned via translation, BUT the inaccuracies of a good translation do not change it's meaning! If wondering about these translations, Troy and I would be happy to help you identify the good ones (message us in the comment section). The truth contained in this book proves the existence of God and the grace He's given us by the forgiveness of our sins through the sacrifice Jesus Christ (God as a man). Our faith depends on whether Jesus was real, died and was risen after He died (it has not been dis-proven and the proof that it's true is outstanding!), acknowledging that we are sinful and our desire to change, while understanding we need a savior to do so.

Now that we've shared THE MOST IMPORTANT news you will EVER hear, we can share some work-outs to do while you're stuck at home to avoid getting or sharing COVID-19.
