- 1 min Slider Mt. Climbers

- 1 min Reverse Crunches

- 1 min Thrusters

Friday

3 Rounds:

- 30 sec DB Bent Over Rows

- 30 sec DB Kick Backs

- 30 sec DB Curls

- 30 sec DB Shoulder Presses

3 Rounds:

- 30 sec Push Ups

- 30 sec Plank

- 30 sec V-Up Hold

- 30 sec Bicycles
