- 30 sec Front/Overhead Squats

- 30 sec DB 1-Arm Rows (1 Leg option), per side

3 Rounds:

- 30 sec Burpees

- 30 sec Half Burpees

- 30 sec Slider Adductors, per side

- 30 sec Slider Leg Curls

 

Wednesday

3 Rounds:

- 1 min Bag over Burpees

- 1 min Battle Ropes

- 1 min Slider Mt. Climbers

- 1 min Reverse Crunches

- 1 min Thrusters

 

Friday

3 Rounds:

- 30 sec DB Bent Over Rows

- 30 sec DB Kick Backs

- 30 sec DB Curls

- 30 sec DB Shoulder Presses

3 Rounds:

- 30 sec Push Ups

- 30 sec Plank

- 30 sec V-Up Hold

- 30 sec Bicycles
