- 10 (total) Star Sit Ups (5/side)
Thursday
15 min:
- 10 Curls
- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
- 10 Overhand Curls
- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
Friday
Hearts: V-Ups
Diamonds: Leg Raises
Spades: Sit Ups
Clubs: Push Ups
