- 5 Pull Ups/Lat Pull Downs

- 200 M Row

 

Wednesday

3 Rounds:

- 10 Lunges, per leg

- 1 min Wall Squat

- 10 Romanian Deadlifts, per leg/20 Slider Leg Curls

 

Friday 

15 minutes of:

- 10 Overhand Curls

- 10 Shoulder Presses

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 10 Seated Cable Rows
