- Front plank until partner completes

Wednesday

3 Rounds:

- 5 Bulgarian Lunges per leg

- 5 Step Ups, per leg

- 10 Good Mornings

- 10 Sumo Deadlifts

Thursday

3 Rounds:

- 10 Thrusters

- 10 Bent Over Rows

3 Rounds:

- 10 V-Ups

- 15 Push Ups

3 Rounds:

- 10 Burpees

- 10 Punching Bag Slams/Ball Slams

Friday

4 Rounds:

- 5 Chin Ups/Underhand Lat Pull Downs

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

- 10 Overhand Curls

- 10 Curl Thrusters
