- 15 Box Jumps/16 Alternating Step Ups

- 15 Should Presses

 

Friday

15 min of:

- 15 Sumo Deadlifts

- 10 Punching Bag Flips

- 10 (total) Bag over Burpees

- 15 V-Ups

- 15 Sit Ups
