3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Battle Ropes

- 45 sec Lying Chest Flyes

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Box Jumps

- 45 sec Jump Rope

Friday

3-4 Rounds:

- 10 Curl Thrusters

- 10 Dips

- 5 Chin Ups/Underhand Lat Pull Downs

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
