May 20th was Goose's 1st Birthday! He got cake for breakfast and cake with steak for dinner! I'm not sure how he eats steak so fast. Troy and I are happy that Goose's first owners returned him, so that he gets to be part of our family :)

Wednesday

- 30 sec Thrusters

10 minutes

- 7 Sumo Deadlifts

- 7 Bent Over Rows

- 7 Front Squats

- 7 Thrusters

Friday

Hearts: V-Ups

Diamonds: Prone Lateral Arm Raises

Spades: Push Ups

Clubs: 4-Count Flutter Kicks
