- 10 Box Jumps/Step Ups

- 5 Punching Bag Flips/ 10 Med Ball Slams

Tuesday

15 minutes:

- 10-20 Push Ups

- 10 Sit Ups

Wednesday

15 minutes:

- 1 min Burpees/Air Squats

- 10 Good Mornings

- 5 Box Step Ups, per leg

Friday

3-4 Rounds:

- Farmer Carries to seated rows

- 10 Seated Cable Rows

- Farmer Carries to Pull Ups

- 5 Pull Ups/Lat Pull Downs
