- 15 Sumo Deadlifts

- 15 Good Mornings/Romanian Deadlifts

- 15 Kettlebell Swings/Thrusters

- 15 Slider Leg Curls

Thursday

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Battle Rope

- 45 sec Plank

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Punching Bag Flips

- 45 sec Slider Mt. Climbers

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Thrusters

- 45 sec Arm Haulers

Friday

15 minutes:

- 10 Seated Curls

- 10 Skull Crushers

- 5 Chin Ups/Underhand Lat Pull Downs
