Weekly Work-Outs & Goose Adventures


Goose loves going places with us, but he's definitely an indoor dog. He jumped in the Jeep ready to go, but realized during the walk, he prefers 73 degrees or below, not 80 plus!

Monday

3 Rounds:

- 1/4 mile Treadmill

- 10-20 Push Ups

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Battle Ropes

- 45 V-Up Hold/Front Plank

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Slider Mt. Climbers

- 45 sec Slider Leg Curls

Wednesday

3 Rounds:

- 10 Slider Adductor Side Lunges, per leg

- 10 Walking Lunges, per leg

- 1 min Wall Squat

All this fur requires lots of bath time!

Friday

Hearts: Burpees

Diamonds: Slider V-Ups

Spades: 4-Count Flutter Kicks

Clubs: Leg Raises
