Weekly Work-Outs

Troy likes video games and I like art, when I can sit still, so in seeking a mutual hobby, we started a project involving painting these tiny figurines!
Monday
15 minutes of:
- Stairs OR 2 min Cardio
Machine
- 10 Jump/Air Squats
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Push Ups
Wednesday
3-4 Rounds:
- 10 Lunges, per leg
- 20 Slider Leg Curls
- 10 Thrusters
Friday
3-4 Rounds:
- 10 Hammer Curls
- 10 Dips/Cable Tricep Push Downs
- 5 Pull Ups/Lat Pull Ups
- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
