- 10 Slider V-Ups
3 Rounds:
- 45 sec Flutter Kicks
- 10 Thrusters
3 Rounds:
- 45 sec Slider Leg Curls
- 45 sec Battle Ropes
Wednesday
I'm taking a day off work to be with Troy on his weekend. Not having the same weekends, we're excited for a whole day together! And, of course, Goose will be happy too. Wednesday or this weekend, we'll aim to do the following work-out:
4 Rounds:
- 1/4 mile Run
- 20-30 Push Ups
Friday
3 Rounds:
- 10 Box Jumps/Alternating Step Ups
- Farmer Carries down hallway
- 5 Pull Ups/Lat Pull Downs
- Farmer Carries back
