Troy's 32nd birthday was last Saturday and my 31st is this Saturday. so the month of celebration has begun!

Valentine's day, we got to celebrate our greatest love with Troy's water baptism!

31 of each in any order!

- Burpees

- Sit Ups

- Lunges, per leg

- Good Mornings

- Twists, per side

Sunday

3 Rounds:

- 10 X 1 Arm Rows, per side

- 10 Shoulder Presses

4 X 10 Dead lifts

Wednesday

Hearts: Burpees

Diamonds: V-Ups

Spades: Push Ups

Clubs: Ab Twists (total count, adding 1 to odd reps)

Friday

3 Rounds:

- 10 Bulgarian Lunges, per leg

- 20 Slider Leg Curls

- 10 Good Mornings
