Monday

30 seconds Work, 30 seconds Rest for 4 Rounds of each:

- Push Ups

- Box Pulls

- Wall Balls/Ball Slams

- Burpees

*Do four rounds of one exercise before moving to the next.

Wednesday

3 Rounds:

- 10-20 Sumo Deadlifts

- 10-20 Slider Leg Curls

- 10 Good Mornings

- 10 Lunges, per leg

Friday

Hearts: Sit Ups

Diamonds: V-Ups

Spades: Push Ups

Clubs: Bar-to-Sternum Bent Over Rows
