- 10-20 Sumo Deadlifts
- 10-20 Slider Leg Curls
- 10 Good Mornings
- 10 Lunges, per leg
Friday
Hearts: Sit Ups
Diamonds: V-Ups
Spades: Push Ups
Clubs: Bar-to-Sternum Bent Over Rows
