Monday:

3 Rounds

- 45 sec Versa Climber

- 45 sec Air Squats

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Rower

- 45 sec Push Ups/Front Plank

3 Rounds:

- 45 sec Box Jumps

- 45 sec Slider Leg Curls

 

Wednesday:

4 Rounds:

- Stability Ball V-Ups

- Dumbbell Chest Flyes

- Standing Back Flyes

- Star Sit Ups X 10 per side/20 total

 

 

Friday:

3-4 Rounds

- 10 Dips

- 10 Seated Dumbbell Curls

- 10-15 Close Hand Push Ups

- 5 Chin Ups/Underhand Lat Pull Downs
