Warm-Up: "Donkey Complex" (Hip Mobility Drills)

3 Rounds:

- Walking Lunges X 10 per leg

- 1 min Wall Squat with DB Curl to OH Presses

- 15 Good Mornings

- 10 Narrow-Hand/Normal Push-Ups

 

Friday:

20-18-16-14-12-10 X

- Plank T-Poses/DB Side Plank Up & Unders, per side

- DB Thrusters

- V-Ups
