- 10 Curl Thrusters
- 10 Dips/Cable Push Downs
- 10 Seated Curls
- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

4 Rounds:
- 10 Box Step Ups, per leg
- 10-20 Slider Leg Curls
- 10 Thrusters
