With a partner...

3 Rounds:

- 30 sec Plank-Hand Claps

- 30 sec Russian Twists with medicine ball, passing back and forth

3 Rounds (switch spots every 30 seconds):

- 30 sec Leg Levers with partner pushing feet

3 Rounds:

-30 sec Sit Up ball passes

-30 sec Punching Bag Flip/Ball Slams back and forth

Wednesday

3 Rounds:

- 10 Curl Thrusters

- 10 Dips/Cable Push Downs

- 10 Seated Curls

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups

Friday

4 Rounds:

- 10 Box Step Ups, per leg

- 10-20 Slider Leg Curls

- 10 Thrusters
