Weekly Work-Outs


Complete the following, in teams or 2-3…if a team finishes before the others, they can help other teams complete their reps:

  • 100 Push Ups

  • 100 Sit Ups

  • 100 Burpees

  • 100 Air Squats


15 minutes of:

  • 10 Curl Thrusters

  • 10 Dips/Cable Tricep Push Downs

  • 5 Chin Ups/Underhand Lat Pull Downs

  • 10 Close Hand Push Ups


Hearts: Burpees

Diamonds: Air Squats

Spades: Good Mornings

Clubs: Slider Leg Curls
