Weekly Work-Outs

Day One
Do the following in teams (2-4 people/team). Pace yourself by not doing too many reps at once, because there should be no breaks between someone on your team performing throughout the three minutes:
- Box Pushes
- Push Ups
- Shoulder Press
- Burpees
- Rower
Day Two
Donkey Complex
4 Rounds:
- 10 Lunges, per leg
- 10 X 1-Leg Romanian Dead lifts, per leg
- 15 Sit Ups
Day Three
3 Rounds:
- 15 Burpees
- 15 Thrusters
- 1 min Versa Climber
3 Rounds:
- 200 M
- 15 Seated Rows
- 15 Push ups
