Day One

4 Rounds:

- 7 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

- 7 Squats

- 7 Overhead Press

- 7 Push Ups

4 Rounds:

- 10 Punching Bag Flips/Ball Slams

- 50 Jump Rope

- Farmer Carries down hallway and back

Day Two

21-15-9 X

- Thrusters/Air Squats

- Sit Ups

- Leg Raises

3 Rounds:

- 10 Dumbbell Curls

- 10 Close Hand Push Ups
