- 45 seconds Battle Ropes

- 45 seconds Box Jumps/Step Ups

 

Day Two:

15-12-10-8 X

- Seated Dumbbell Curls

- Close Hand Push Ups

- Dumbbell Lateral Raises

- Skull Crushers
